What John Serrantino is building

A revenue systems practice, the software and platform built inside it, and a guide for first time compliance software buyers. Everything below is live, and every link goes to the real thing.

Kesey

A one person revenue systems practice. Kesey builds and runs the plumbing between a company's CRM, the system its work actually runs in, its billing and its mailbox. The thesis is simple: nobody buys a revenue system, you compose one, and what is usually missing is the wiring between the pieces you already own.

  • RevOps and go to market work for services firms, MSPs and agencies
  • HubSpot, Day.ai and BrandJet as the core stack
  • Small roster on purpose, so the person scoping is the person building

Pre-Trip

A self serve compliance scanner for marketing copy in regulated health. Paste an email, landing page or post, choose the state and vertical, and get a pass or a fix list where every finding cites the statute behind it. Drafts are scanned in memory and never stored.

EzHire

Recruitment as a service, built with a business partner alongside my HubSpot years. A tech enabled service rather than an agency. More than $300K in revenue in 2020 and 2021, exited in 2023.

Building something that needs wiring?

Most of what I do starts with a half hour conversation about a CRM nobody trusts. No pitch on the call unless you ask for one.
